How do I place an order?
Placing an order on Samavias is simple and quick. Browse through our collections, select your desired product, choose the size/color if applicable, and click “Add to Cart”. Once you’re ready, go to the cart and click “Checkout”. Fill in your billing details, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.

How will you confirm my order?
Once your order is successfully placed, it is automatically confirmed. You will receive a confirmation via **Email and SMS**, which will include:
  • Order number
  • Items purchased
  • Total billing amount
  • Expected delivery date
Note: For orders above Rs. 5,000, our support team may contact you via phone to verify your order before processing.
Is any advance payment required?
Advance payment is required only for large orders above Rs. 10,000. In such cases, a 10% advance is needed to confirm and process your order. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment gateways. Once the advance is received, your order will be scheduled for dispatch.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped via trusted and registered courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. The delivery address will be the one you provide at checkout. For **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders, the courier will collect the payment in cash at the time of delivery.

You will also receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes **5–7 working days**. During peak seasons like holidays, sales, or special events, delivery may take up to **10 working days**. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days. If your order is delayed, our support team will notify you with updates.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat **Rs. 200** delivery fee for all orders across Pakistan. Delivery charges are automatically added at checkout. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be available.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled within **6 hours** of placement by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp. Advance payments can be refunded to your bank account or issued as a voucher for future use. Orders canceled after 6 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
If the price drops after my purchase, will I get the new price?
If the price drops **within 3 days** of your purchase, you are eligible for a **credit voucher** for the difference. Sale, clearance, special event, or daily deal items are not eligible. Email us your order number, item purchased, and price difference to claim your voucher.
How can I use a coupon code or voucher?
Enter your **Discount/Promo Code** at the Cart Page before checkout. The discount will automatically apply. Codes are typically one-time use and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Can I open the package before paying (COD)?
COD packages cannot be opened before payment. Products have a **7-Day Money Back Guarantee**. Return unused items within 7 days for a refund (shipping excluded) or coupon code.
If I purchased an item on sale, what amount will I be refunded?
Refunds for sale items are limited to the amount paid at purchase. Example: Original price Rs. 1000, purchased at Rs. 500 → refund Rs. 500.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, Samavias delivers **only within Pakistan**. International shipping is not available. We will notify customers if international shipping becomes available in the future.
